Royal Arsenal Riverside is one of South East London’s most exciting riverside addresses, occupying a prime location along the River Thames with a forthcoming Crossrail Station and buzzing retail hub.

The site covers 88 acres; from clever conversions of historic listed buildings through to stunning new developments, all beautifully situated on the riverfront.

The final development on the site saw Berkeley utilise the twin Royal Laboratory pavilions, complete with William III cyphers which are the oldest surviving buildings on the Royal Arsenal site.
